- The ceramics are oven safe up to 260°C; however, it is not recommended to place ceramics very close to / directly under the grill / broiler.

- For best results, add a small amount of liquid or sauce in the bottom of your ceramic when cooking with meat.
- Baking time can vary when using ceramics. Monitor and adjust the cooking time as needed.
- Use a hot pad or trivet before placing the hot ceramics on an unprotected surface.
- To avoid possible damage, do not set hot ceramics on a cold or wet surface. Do not place a frozen dish in a hot oven.
- After removal from the oven, ceramic bakeware will retain heat longer than standard bakeware.
