Use a sponge or dishcloth when hand cleaning cookware.
Do not use oven cleaners, harsh detergents, chlorine bleach, steel wool or nylon scrubbing pads.
Hand dry with a soft towel.
For tough burnt-on food, boil water in the pan with a baking soda solution and leave to stand for some time before washing away. Then, hand wash with a sponge in hot, soapy water, rinse, and hand dry with a soft towel.
