To clean the pizza stone, allow it to cool completely, then rinse it with water. Do not soak the pizza stone in water. It may cause it to crack with the next use. Do not use soap or detergent while cleaning. Use a plastic scraper or spatula to remove any stubborn particles that are stuck to the stone while rinsing. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. The pizza stone is not dishwasher safe.
