Cracks in your stoneware baking dish can be caused by a thermo shock. We therefore recommend that you read the following tips to prevent this or prevent this from getting worse:
- Never clean a baking dish that is still hot.
- Do not place a hot baking dish directly in the refrigerator or freezer. First, let the baking dish cool down to room temperature.
- Never place a cold baking dish directly in a hot oven. First, let the baking dish reach room temperature.
