In general, your food will stay fresh longer if you vacuumize the container than if you don't.
Vacuumized containers:
If you open a vacuum-sealed storage container regularly, the freshness time of the food inside will typically decrease compared to if the container remained sealed. This because of the following reasons:
- Introduction of air
- Loss of Vacuum
- Moisture loss
- Increase chance of contamination
Not vacuumized containers:
Nothing as long as you do not contaminate the food (e.g. using a dirty spoon to remove food from storage).
